This is going to sound slightly promotional for a moment so please excuse me, but the purpose of this website is to share knowledge, so whether that be my own knowledge, a guest blogger’s knowledge, or an external website’s knowledge, I want to share those resources with you so that you can continue to make informed, empowered decisions about your own health. So today I’m going to do just that.
I found this wonderful Tedx Talk on one of my favorite sites, foodmatters.tv. This site is so robust and has some absolutely delicious content (heh, punny), not to mention their documentaries are absolutely fantastic. I think I could (and have) spent hours browsing their articles, recipes and videos, and I’d encourage you to check it out, as well.
With that said, the reason I’m sharing this Tedx Talk with you is because I believe it speaks perfectly to what we’re trying to achieve here at Instinctual Wellbeing and I think it relays an incredibly powerful message that I want to share with you all – here’s a quote I pulled from Dr. Fuhrman’s talk that sums it up wonderfully:
Let me repeat: “It’s the health you’ve always had the right to” – Isn’t that beautiful? And it’s exactly the point behind Instinctual Wellbeing – that we all have the ability to enjoy amazing health, and that no matter how many conditions or ailments we’re suffering from, we really aren’t all that far away from this state of health as we think we are (as you’ll see proof of in this video).
Now, enough of me talking. Allow me to introduce you to Dr. Fuhrman, who will show you that this is true. I hope you all find it as inspiring and informative as I did, and that you continue your quest to realize your true health potential.
